Well, except that you don't need to translate any of these, unless
you're really interested in supporting `ko_US' or the like. None of
these are relevant to any other country. Their existence should not
cause a maintenance burden for other locales. Likewise, there is no
need to perform a Swahili translation for the multitude of Brazilian
locales.
