Time Zone change in GEORGIA (Eastern Europe), time zone is no w GMT+3 (no longer GMT+4)

Reading the following articles

it seems that Georgia is not only the ancestor of all the Europians,
but of Asians as well :) So one really can't destinguish Georgia as
purely Europian or Asian country.
