Unfortunately tz-link.htm is in tzcode*.tar.gz, which wasn't updated.

I looked for a redundant space and found one in this line:

"<abbr>EST</abbr>".  For <abbr>POSIX</abbr> the <code>tz</code>

Was that the one you found?  But this led me to discover that I had
inadvertently reformatted a big chunk of text at the end, most likely
due to an errant Emacs keystroke.  Sorry about that.

Can you please use the following patch instead?  It's identical to the
previous patch in terms of text; all it changes is the spacing and the
date-of-modification. Thanks.
