Time changed in Managua/Nicaragua

Hi:

Since april 10th 2005, my country's goverment (Nicaragua) decided to use
daylight time (CDT). Before we used CST without daylight time:

In spanish there is a lot of info about, perhaps you could use a web
translator to see this:
