We have an off-by-one problem here.  That file should be tzcode2005d.

I see that the problem has also infected the mirror at
<http://public.planetmirror.com/pub/timezone/tzcode2004d.tar.gz>: this
is now the incorrect version dated 2005, not the original, correct
version dated in 2004.

<ftp://munnari.oz.au/pub/oldtz/tzcode2004d.tar.gz> is still correct
as I write this; I hope it doesn't get munged too.
