Two more weeks with DST in Uruguay

Uruguay's DST was scheduled to end on Sunday, 2005-03-13, but in order to
save energy;  it was postponed two weeks, until 2005-03-27, at either 3 or
2 in the morning (I'm not quite sure because the automatic translation
tools don't give a very good translation).
