The Bahamas has changed DST rules

The Bahamas announced about a month ago that they plan to change their DST 
rules to sinc with the U.S. starting in 2007.

The attached fax was provided by the Bahama Cabinet office.  I was also 
able to find a corresponding newpaper announcement in the Bahama Journal
