Fun --- someone thinks there're only 24 timezones

(which I found via slashdot -> wired) describes a building, and
mentions:

    [...] the company plans to build 23 more rotating towers in each
    of the world's time zones with finance provided by investors
    linked to the company.

Maybe we should give 'em the bad news, they're gonna need a lot more
than 23 more towers. One for that research station in the boonies of
Australia?
