the next countries have been included in the ISO 3166 list:

BOUVET ISLAND:BV
GUERNSEY:GG
HEARD ISLAND AND MCDONALD ISLANDS:HM
ISLE OF MAN:IM
JERSEY:JE

So you should indlude them in your list too.

I think that you also should have to present the next information 
about new territories in the ISO list:
