Time Zone Area Polygons

You can download my program World Time Explorer 1.8 from
http://www.worldtimeexplorer.com it's a 4.36 Mb download. The Manifold map
is part of the download, look for \Timezone\Worldmap\ after installation (in
a Windows PC). The map is free to copy under the GNU license, 4800+ cities
too that I have added.

The only one that looks to have potential was the link to
http://www.manifold.net/download/freemaps.html
On that site they have a link to a TZ boundary database

But that link keeps timing out. i did a search for the file itself under
google, and the two "mirrors" for it are down as well.
