Tucumán, populated place, type "PPLA: seat of a first-order administrative
division", lat lon: -26:49:00, -065:13:00

Scoresbysund, populated place, type PPL: +70:29:00, -021:58:00

Inuvik, populated place, type PPL: +68:21:00, -133:42:00
Rainy River, populated place, type PPL: +48:43:00, -094:34:00
Rankin Inlet, populated place, type PPL: +62:49:00, -092:05:00
I carefully selected the populated place locations, not locations of other
features.
Mr. McDonald seems to bring us much closer to the values from the GEOnet
database.
Which source is the most reliable?
I'd suggest: use the GEOnet data.
Local mean times (hh:mm:ss), based on the GEOnet data:
Tucumán: -04:20:52
Scoresbysund: -01:27:52
Inuvik: -08:54:48
Rainy River: -06:18:16
Rankin Inlet: -06:08:20
