   I'am sorry by my English :-(, my intention was not to be crude. I try collaborate. I'am sorry, so I write in Spanish bellow:

Se realizó un cambio en el archivo southamerica para compatibilizar un decreto del gobierno de Uruguay donde se establecía el cambio permanente de hora local entre Octubre y Marzo. Por lo visto interpreté mal la solicitud de enviar a esa cuenta de correo los cambios. Si es pertinente, ¿ cual sería la forma correcta de realizar los cambios en forma permanente ?
