Brazilian "summer time" and elections.

Hello!

Again, Brazilian "summer time" is different this year...
From Nov 5th, 2006 to Feb 25th, 2007.

And it is kind of urgent because every body's computer is already set
with summer time when it should not. :-)

Well, as a Brazilian I am ashamed of all this lack of organization:
well, voting machines don't work well with summer time... change the
summer time!
