I have been continuing to track Canadian Daylight Saving Legislation changes.
Not much has changed since I posted a summary of new Legislation back in the summer.
I have assembled a web page with links to goverment legislation which may (or may not) be useful to some.
The web page also includes a list of time zone regions for each province and territory.

I received an e-mail from Tom Lysyk who is the Senior Director of Corporate Affairs for
the City of Lloydminster.
He stated in his e-mail:
  "The City of Lloydminster plans to follow Alberta Daylight Saving
   time. The principle and the practice is as set out in the
   'Lloydminster Charter' and will be followed regardless of an
   amendment.  It is very difficult  to amend the Charter because
   it requires an Order-in-Council passed in  both Legislatures
   and when it is not a priority to them, things do not  progress
   very rapidly."

At this point in time I have no updates for the database.

We are still waiting to hear from:
-Province of Newfoundland & Labrador
-Nunavut Territory
-Province of Saskatchewan (for the small part of the province that uses DST)
