It would be risky to say that the change _will_ be adopted, but the
forecast says it will, due to political reasons.

Though it was said to be adopted on Jan 1 2008, today's newspapers
stated that the government is trying to push it in order to make the
switch in Sep 17 2007. They also said that the government will notify
all international organizations when the decision is taken.
