Changes in Argentina DST rules

Hello,

Yesterday, Argentina's congress approved a law regarding new DST rules.

In 2007, from Dec 30 (next sunday) till Mar 16, we will use GMT-2 and
then back to GMT-3.

I mean, on December 30th 0 hour, the time will go forward one hour, and
back again on March 16, at 0.


What information do you need to update your timezone database? (I don't
have the text of the law yet, to confirm this changes)
