Pulaski County, Indiana back to Eastern

The Associated Press has been reporting that Pulaski County, Indiana is
going to switch from Central to Eastern Time on March 11, 2007.  Here is one
place to find the article:

If you read the article carefully, you will see that it's just hearsay.  An
unidentified DoT official told an Indiana state senator, and he told the
press about it.  I was unable to find any reference to the decision on the
DoT website.
