Southern Cross University is planning Australia's first cross-border
campus, and one of the technical challenges they're facing is that
Queensland does not observe DST but New South Wales does. They
haven't figured out yet how to schedule classes across the
daylight-saving boundary. Classes are scheduled to start 2009.
