Honduras seems to cancel DST

A user informed that Honduras will start DST on Sunday 2007-04-01, and 
after some research, it seems that they first planned to start DST on 
2007-04-01: (one month earlier than in 2006)

Then I found another, newer article, which is translated to something 
like "Government reconsiders and suspends advancement of hour"

So it seems that Honduras will not enter DST this year, if I understood 
the article correctly.
