 I am wondering if the tz database used by Sun contains New Zealand time
zones.

According to this site, http://www.statoids.com/tnz.html , Tz database
contains new Zealand time zones but I couldn't find NZST in this file.

I organized this file displaying different tz data version used by
different JRE versions.
