zone.tab corrections

And the original problem remains ... what is "the English choice" ??

Handling zone.tab in other languages is best done by the users of those
languages who know what they need, rather than by us ... we'd mostly be just
guessing.   As long as the zone.tab names remain reasonably stable (which
we really want for other reasons in any case) making a script to translate
what's there into anything else that works on your local system should be
just plain trivial.
