Yes, they keep moving stuff around.  (And then they complain to us
that we keep moving our stuff around. :-)  I guess that
<http://www.unicode.org/cldr/data/charts/by_type/names.metazone.html>
is the current location for this table.

I can't find that resource any more, or anything to replace it, so I

These URLs all work for me.  I'm not quite sure what you mean by
"redirects" but perhaps there was some sort of problem with FTP and
your retrieval method?
