The link for xmlDate complier from Philippe GOETZ is not working
anymore. I am refering to this entry "xmlDate contains JavaScript code
that parses tz source into an internal object that represents a time
zone. It is freely available under the GPL. " on the web page
http://www.twinsun.com/tz/tz-link.htm.

I am very interested by this tool and wandering if you know the new
location or the developer contact information.
