Announcement list for zoneinfo changes

Hello TZ maintainers,

As the maintainer of the FreeBSD zoneinfo files (both in the ports
collection and in the base system) I would like to know if there
is an announcement mailinglist for when a new version of the zoneinfo
has been made available on the nih.gov FTP site.
