This looks queer:

I take the foregoing for something like this:

2004	Apr	Sun>=1	0:00s	1:00	D
2005	Apr	Sun>=1	0:00s	1:00	D
2006	Apr	Sun>=1	0:00s	1:00	D

...

but at those Aprils in 2005 and 2006 there is no real shift.
Is this right?
