Subject: Nepal timezone spelling

Hello,

I propose that the name of the Asia/Katmandu zone be changed to
Asia/Kathmandu. Although Katmandu is an acceptable alternate spelling,
I can attest, having recently returned from a holiday in Nepal,
that it is hardly ever used. In fact, I saw no occurence at all of the
spelling 'Katmandu' while inside the country.

This patch keeps the Katmandu spelling for backward compatibility.

After trying Asia/Kathmandu and then grepping the whole database for
Kathmandu, I nearly concluded that this timezone definition was
missing from the database before finally finding it under the
alternate spelling!

-Phil
