I have reviewed today all printed book sources regarding DST in 
Switzerland in 1941 and 1942. There is inconsistency regarding the clock 
time of the change.

I am going to dig in newspaper archives to read the original government 
rules (Verordnung des Bundesrats) and report back once this is done.
