The change is in accordance with the rules established in the Paraguay
section. I verified the time change in several computers correctly
configured. There is no need to change the rules in the Paraguay section.
Perhaps your computer is configured with the wrong time zone or you have an
old Linux installation.

Paraguay. Yo verifiqué el cambio en varias computadoras configuradas
correctamente. No hay necesidad de modificar las reglas en la sección de
Paraguay. Quizás tu computadora está configurada con la zona horaria
incorrecta o tenés una instalación de Linux vieja.
