mailing list glitch

Due to the appearance of a standard-issue DNS entry for elsie.nci.nih.gov
(which trumps the mail exchange--MX--entry that's the only one there should be),
mail to tz at elsie.nci.nih.gov has been getting dropped since February 21.

I'm working on resolving the problem; in the meantime, please send time zone
mail to olsona at mail.nih.gov, an address that still works. I'll forward the mail in a way that avoids the DNS problem.
