Olson Time Zone Database Converted to Windows Standard Time

Hi Guys,

Thought you might find this interesting. As part of an OpenID implementation I
am doing, I needed the Olson TZ Database converted to Windows 'Standard' Format.

I couldn't find anything online so I did it myself and have released it under an
ISC Licence (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ISC_license). 

Basically, you are free to with it what you will as long as this notice remains.
I'm sure there are going to errors here and there and if you do use it - I'd
appreciate a quick email with anything that is wrong or that you have updated so
I can update the file and share these updates with everyone else.
