FW: updated Olson DB for new end of Egypt DST

I've been having Fedora RPMs built for the timezone updates.  One of
them is tzdata-java, which installs Java ZI files directly
in /usr/share/javazi (I think this is different than where TZUpdater
puts its updates).

Anyone is welcome to try them out, but do so at your own risk--neither I
nor my employer take responsibility for them or any problems they may
cause.
