Cuba will start DST on midnight between March 07, 2009 and March 08, 2009

According to the Radio Reloj - Cuba will start Daylight Saving Time on midnight 
between Saturday, March 07, 2009 and Sunday, March 08, 2009-
not on midnight March 14 / March 15 as previously thought.
