No "Summer Time" for Argentina 2009-2010

Finally, argentine goverment confirmed the time won't be changed.

Minister De Vido told today that time won't be changed this year
because the energy reserves are guaranteed.

At the moment only news, not an official release on a .gov.ar site or a decree.
