Sorry for messing you.

Here is the mistakes and comments I found for Hong Kong:
1. For 1973, the end date should be Dec 31 not Dec 30
2. I think it is better not to change the timezone name to JST during Japanese occupation
3. Ignore the first email, I have overlooked the patch.
