...is now available; this reflects the changes circulated last week on the time zone mailing list (added commentary for Argentina and a change to the end of DST in 2009 in Pakistan).

I'll wait for reports on what actually happens in Bangladesh on October 1 before making any changes there, but a tzdata2009n can be expected sometime within a month.
