I'll change the DST start in 2010 and forward in Bangladesh from 23:59 to 22:59.

...the PDF file in question uses (but does not imbed) the "SutonnyMJ" font; downloading and installing the font (hint: "sutonnymf ttf download") allows the document to be viewed in Bengali.

It seems that the start time of Bangladesh DST is off 1 hour.

DST will actually start at 22:59.

And, newspaper below suggests that clock went back one hour at
11:59:00PM on 12-31-2009. This is actually consistent with what we
heard from a customer in Bangladesh.
