On Thursday (2010-03-25) it was announced that DST would start in
Pakistan on 2010-04-01.

Then today, the president said that they might have to revert the
decision if it is not supported by the parliament. So at the time being,
it seems unclear if DST will be actually observed or not - but April 1
could be a more likely date than April 15.
