Acre (Brazil) would like to return to old time zone GMT-5

According to the media from Brazil, during recent referendum state Acre 
rejected current time zone (GMT-4) and would like to return 
to old time zone  (pre-2008) - GMT-5.

The decision of Acre will be sent to the Congress to become law and to re-apply 
the old time.
