Chile Time change

Just curious if anybody else is tracking this DST change......coming up 
on Aug 20th in Chile.

Is this already covered back in the 2011e tzdata file?

El dia 20 de agosto cambia la hora en chile, a day light saving, esta es 
una novedad en relacion a los años anteriores en los cuales el cambio se 
producia en octubre.
