Changes in Chile??

I just found out that Chile will be going on Daylight Savings Time This 
coming weekend. 

I looked back through this discussion group and I found no previous 
discussion of this.

Sunday, August 21, 2011 at 12:00:00 Midnight clocks are turned forward 1 
hour to 
Sunday, August 21, 2011 at 1:00:00 AM local daylight time instead 

According to the patch applied earlier this year it was (originally) 
scheduled for October 9, 2011.
