Russian State Duma adopted a law abolishing DST

Deborah,
there are no specific for each current time zones of Russia regards changes or move to new time zones.
However it seems that Russia will keep current DST permanently and all current time zones could be changed in database (without DST).

I am traveling right now to Russia.
