Mr. Olson,

Thank you very much. It will sound as a joke, but it seems the Chilean
Government it's going to extend again this year the Daylight Saving Time
and there's also a modification for the beginning of DST from October to
August. And everything is on a mere experimental guise that will be
evaluated in March 2012. I'll send you the references and appropriate
patches as soon as possible.
