Update for Russia?

AFAIK this has still not been approved by the state duma with details. Also expect other nations to follow if Russia moves forward with the change as currently proposed / mandated.

I was wondering if there is any timeline for an update to address the changes in Russia? My understanding is we were blocked on knowing what name will be used after the change. Is that still the case?
