Hello All

Actually I have given those "functional rules to RedHat"

Rules for Africa/Casablanca are the following (24h format)
The 3rd april 2011 at 00:00:00, il will be 3rd april 1:00:00
The 31th july 2011 at 00:59:59,  il will be 31th July 00:00:00

What you proposed below is the same than above ?

http://www.map.ma/fr/sections/accueil/l_heure_legale_au_ma/view states:

"Le retour à l'heure normale se fera à compter du dimanche 31 juillet 
2011 à minuit. L'heure sera retardée de soixante minutes à 24h00 samedi 
30 juillet 2011."

With my broken translation from French, that says:

"The return to the normal time is on July 31st, at midnight. The hour of 
change back by 60 minutes is 24:00 July the 30rd. (IE: 00:00 July 31st)
This should make the rule:

Just like the change at midnight for 2010:
