I'm no expert, but it ocurred to me that Astrolabe may actually win a court case, but only if they convince a judge that they made up the data in their products. In that particular case, it could then be considered a copyright violation of their creative content.

But in that scenario, they could in return be charged with fraud, since they presented the data as if they where scientific facts.
