[tz] Paul Eggert as new coordinator?

Last week I asked folks on the time zone mailing list
for feedback on Paul Eggert's willingness to serve as time zone coordinator.
I've seen positive reactions from a bit more than two dozen people;
I haven't seen any negative reactions.
I believe there's community consensus for Paul taking on the coordinator
role;
I hope that KRE can confirm this sense and that the Task Force and Steering
Group
can take the next steps without further
