On line 213 of the europe file of the tzdata2011n.tar.gz archive there is a URL: http://student.cusu.cam.ac.uk/~jsm28/british-time/ This appears to no longer exist, I believe the correct URL is now: http://www.polyomino.org.uk/british-time/ I'm not sure if this is the correct process to report a bug, please let me know.
