[tz] Russia may scrap time change

Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin promised to convey to President Dmitry Medvedev suggestions from Russian football fans about the cancellation of the transition to winter time. 

During an informal conversation with the head of government organizations, football fans raised the issue that the cancellation of the transition to winter creates uncomfortable conditions. In particular, it leaves less time for sleep. If, for example, a football match is broadcast rather late in European time, due to the time difference it makes getting up early for work difficult.
