L’heure d’été reportée à fin Avril. Mustapha El Khalfi, ministre de la Communication et porte-parole du gouvernement, annonce un délai de un mois pour l’heure d’été. En effet, le passage à l’horaire estival, soit avancé de 60 minutes, se fera à partir du dernier dimanche d’avril et non fin mars, comme annoncé précédemment. Cette décision a été prise après discussion des propositions appelant à prendre en considération les impératifs de la scolarité, explique El Khalfi, à l’issue du Conseil de gouvernement qui s’est tenue hier.

Sorry to disturb again but as you know Morocco have new DST rules and first change is scheduled on 25 March 15, 2012-03-15 Do you plan to release 2012c that takes into account these new rules for Morocco soon ?

We really need them to get Red Hat publish new tzdata rpm and PHP Pecl to publish new timezone db extension from your official files And then we need to update more than 40 machines at one of our customers in Morocco

Please help.

Hello Mr Olson

It's not you anymore who apply the changes and makes new timezone db package available for all ? is it someone else at IANA ? 
How to get please the 2012c early this week with updated rules for Morocco ?
Do you think we have a chance to get it this week or some days before 25 march ? 

In fact, I could apply the changes by hand and update red hat timezone db files but actually, I guess Dereck will need official timezonedb 2012c to produce sources file for the php extension that we would have to recompile .

You can wait for 2012c, or you can pick up the change from the mailing list archive and apply it by hand.
