No. Since Theory imports the ISO 3166-1 definition to define a country
in the IANA time zone database.

If the territories currently covered by HM and BV is covered by any
zone this would be correct. I don't see this to be true.

The objects have "clocks" if "clocks" means officially defined time
and objects means the territories of HM and BV.
